Green. The color that we see around us every day, but rarely notice. The photo series "Elysian Green" addresses this subliminal coexistence and questions how cohabitation in favor of both humanity and nature can be realized.

During the hottest summer of 2021, I set out to capture man-made architecture alongside nature and explore the limits and benefits of black and white photography. The photos are printed, bound, and presented in a leporello (DIN A3 single page). This ensures that there is no visual interruption while viewing the series. Original enlargements of the film are presented in an enclosed folder.

The capital in winter, clad in grays and emblazoned by lights. Its lonesome corners and bustling venues on film.

During the one-week trip to Berlin, I wandered in the city aimlessly, hunting for photos. I wanted to document the atmosphere of the city through my perspective.

One day the egg must hatch,
its fledgling turns astray.
Home is but a distant itch,
we are remnants from yesterday.
